A seasonal stream runs east west and exists near the entrance gates via a culvert system.
Basic table drains, mitre drains, cross over drains (relief drains/culverts) and swales have been used to minimize erosion. The property has had private motorbike traffic and therefore any current erosion would be reduced in parallel to type of vehicle use. A basic annual maintenance program (grading, drain clearing and sediment removal) has been used and can vary from year to years based on rainfall and usage levels. Stabilization with an increase of native grasses and vegetation would further help reduce any erosion.

A septic tank has been installed and connected to the farm equipment/ pig pen sheds at the hard stand area for the purpose of flushing away animal waste which may be held there. The Septic would then be pumped out by contractors known by the owner as required.
